1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Community Card Trader ("the Service"), operated at communitycardtrader.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Community Card Trader is a free platform that allows users to create wishlists and tradelists of TCG cards, join communities, and find trade matches with other collectors. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".

3. User accounts

  • You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
  • One person may not maintain more than one account.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
  • Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise the Service
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data beyond normal use
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
  • Use the Service to facilitate real-money transactions

5. User content

You retain ownership of the content you create. By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, display, and transmit your content as necessary to operate the Service.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

6. Trading and transactions

Community Card Trader facilitates the discovery of potential trades. We are not a party to any trade between users. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any cards traded. All trades are at the users' own risk.

7. Intellectual property

Card names, images, mana symbols, and related data are the property of their respective owners (including Wizards of the Coast LLC). Card data and images are provided by Scryfall.

The Community Card Trader name, logo, and original code are our property.

8. Advertising

The Service may display advertisements provided by third-party ad networks (such as Google AdSense). See our Cookie Policy for details.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Community Card Trader shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Account termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Account settings page. All your data will be immediately and irreversibly removed.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify of material changes by updating the date on this page.

13. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the European Union and the applicable national laws of the country where the operator resides.
